If you need to cancel your order after you have signed your Terms and Conditions, your order is subject to a non-negotiable 25% cancellation fee as well as the cost to stop and return the shipment charged by the shipping company.

Return Policy/Exchange Policy
- CALI offers returns/exchanges for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Please review the following criteria prior to contacting Customer Service at 1(866) 511-2645 for your Return Authorization number (RA).
- A 25% non-negotiable re-stocking fee is assessed for all returns.
- The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All shipping charges are 100% non-refundable.
- CALI will not provide refunds for products returned/exchanged by an unauthorized shipping method.
- Items that have not been provided a Return Authorization by CALI will not be refunded/exchanged. Any opened product or product added to a return that was not authorized will not be refunded.
- Refunds are issued 5-7 business days after the product has been received by the warehouse in resalable condition. Please package returns carefully so they arrive in safe condition.
- The return/exchange must be in unopened, perfect cartons and in original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date, and must accompany a Return Authorization given to you by a Case Specialist.
There is a carton and/or piece minimum for each product for a return/ refund
- Flooring: 5 boxes
- Moldings/Plywood: 5 pieces
Rug Return Instructions
- Return request must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All shipping charges are 100% non-refundable.
- Must be in sellable condition
- The return must be in unwrapped or re-wrapped within 30 days of the delivery date, and must accompany a Return Authorization given to you by a Case Specialist.
- Rugs must be re-rolled and shrink-wrapped by customer. No pallet is required.
CALI does not accept returns/exchanges on the following products:
- Decking/Deck Tiles
- Turf
- Fencing
- Sundries which include: Underlayment and tape, flooring adhesives and moisture control products, splines, TWP, care kits, and decking fasteners.
- Special order, clearance and discontinued items are not eligible for return/exchange.
Clearance Policy
1. Inspection Upon Receipt:
Upon receiving your flooring materials, please inspect them thoroughly for any visible defects, damage, or discrepancies. It is essential to check the flooring before installation.
2. No Warranty:
All flooring products sold under this AS-IS policy are provided without any warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. No Returns for Defects:
We do not accept returns for flooring products based on any perceived defects or quality issues, as the products are sold "AS-IS." It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the flooring meets their requirements before installation.
4. Shipping Damage:
If you discover that your flooring materials have been damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service within 4 days of delivery.
5. Returns for Incorrect Orders:
If you received the wrong flooring product due to our error, please contact our customer service within 4 days of delivery to arrange for a return and replacement. Stock and availability of items are not guaranteed.
6. No Returns for Unopened or Unused Products:
All Sales are Final. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges, except in accordance with items # 5 above.
